This document summarizes the findings of a STaR Chart assessment conducted at Grand Prairie High School. The STaR Chart is a tool that helps schools evaluate their progress toward technology goals. It assessed the school across four key areas: Teaching and Learning, Educator Preparation and Development, Leadership and Support, and Infrastructure. For each area, the school fell within either Advanced Tech, Developing Tech, or Early Tech levels of progress. According to the summary, Teaching and Learning scored at the Advanced Tech level while Educator Preparation and Development scored lowest at Developing Tech. The conclusion recommends focusing resources on improving Educator Preparation and Development and striving for Advanced Tech ratings across all areas.
