• Head of Engineering Department and One of the EXCOM member.
• Taking care of Engineering and Grounds departments consist of 18 holes golf ground at 300
acres and the resort areas of 150 acres.

areas, HOH, Function room and Ballroom Air-con, Electrical panels, Laundry and Kitchen

7% in electrical, 10% in Diesel, 15% in water by introducing the water saving device for the
guest room with money back period of 2-3 months on the investment and using recycled
water for the garden watering with sprinkler system, 20% in LPG. Planned further for next

• Maintain department’s budget at below 4.7% and planning for capital expenditure on the
equipment replacement and renovations.
• Training to staffs on the MEP systems, equipments and Standard Operating Procedures.

1. Preventive Maintenance In-Charge (From 06 Feb 2003 to 04 Feb 2005)
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule and Check list
• Make sure the Maintenance going as per Schedule for Electrical, Gen –sets, Chillers (Trane
make 3 Nos of 600T & 2 nos of 400 T), Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, Mechanical Ventilation
System, Plumbing and Drainage systems.
• Knowledge of OS2 Automatic Chiller Plant’s operating System & Manual starts and
monitoring the chiller plant based on the load, energy saving.
