  • 5. Why Use Rubrics In Canvas? • Pros – Speed up grading – Provide specific feedback – Provide more consistent feedback – Less paperwork – Fewer grade challenges • Cons – Can be perceived as canned format – Must be set up in properly in advance – Somewhat less flexibility (Can give flex points)
