As such, we service Prospective and current student audiences
My role has historically focused on prospective students/applicants
I wear many hats, bulk is RU Live webinar portfolio
I am not the first to do this
Almost 2 years
Has allowed me to grow and settle into the role
Hosting one webinar can reach students from 60 countries without having someone on the ground in each of those countries

Two fabulous students from FYEO - first year-ambassadors
Where - our webinar studio
Tech - Zoom, we use the Ryerson-wide license to allow for recording in the cloud and larger audiences
Low tech
Always refining - We’ve been developing the portfolio for several years

Promote: social, emails, website

I do fulsome stats reports every month, send to key folks, and also a large yearly one (+international one)
