 MasterData lead during the OASIS project (In house HRIS/ERP systemimplementation for US HR and
Payroll). Responsibilities were to work with ASPIRE Consultant and ABB MasterData to implement
Organization Management, and Personnel Administration in SAP systemin accordance to ABB US and Global
requirements. The role consisted of planning, preparing and organizing over 200 UAT cases.The tests were not
only for data input purposes,but also to identify performances / implications on interfaces, benefits,payroll and
time
 Responsible for implementing and coordinating the Red Carpet Onboarding tool for Talent/Onboarding team.
The software helped improve and streamline the new employee and manager experience on the
onboarding/hiring process.Prior to the implementation the onboarding process was very cumbersome, and
managers were not engaged and/ordid not have a full view of the hiring process
 Responsible for implementing and run the complex Workers Compensation report for Risk Management
 Responsible for implementing several HR and Payroll reports, which after deployment they were transferred to
subject matter experts to run independently or automatically
 Responsible for deploying several form workflows through FEITH systemto streamline, reduce or eliminate
manual processes.Examples of workflows are: Talent Job request form, Baldor New Hire form, Workers Comp
Governance form, Termination form
 Responsible for monitoring and delivering files to ComputerShare – Responsible for the ABB Global Employee
Stock Program
 Responsible for documenting and training all HR Organization Management and Personnel Administration
processes (over150 processes)
 Responsible for training the HR Canadian team on the HR Global systemfor organization management and
