This document provides a recipe for rosół, a Polish broth. The broth contains 3 types of meat (chicken, duck, and beef) and offal such as poultry hearts and stomachs. Vegetables including carrots, parsley, celery, leek, lovage, and onion are added along with seasonings like grainy pepper, allspice, and bay leaves. The ingredients are boiled for a minimum of 2 hours before serving the broth over pasta, garnished with parsley leaves.

1. Rosół – broth

• offals, e.g. stomachs of poultry and poultry
hearts
• carrots, parsleys, celery, leek, lovage and onion
• grainy pepper, allspice, bay leaves
• pasta
• leaves of parsley
• salt and pepper

1) You have to bake onion
for taste and colour

2) We must everything insert into the pot
and we must pour it with water.
We must add seasonings (grainy pepper,
Allspice, bay leaves)

3) We boil everything for minimum
2 hours, but we can't lead to
boiling.
