 An Online Room Rental System will provide information about
Rooms/flats/Houses which is available for rent.
 The Rooms Rental System application will make it easy to find
the location of Rooms/flats/houses, select no. of rooms, and
other facts by renter.
 It will make it easy to upload the location, No. of rooms,
Facilities, and other information by room owner.
 This application will be able to show the rooms/flats/houses
within a particular area selected by the user.

 Rental room management system has become an important
factor in modern society hence the need to have a rental house
management.
 It is difficult to find a house for the renter in a specific area.
 It is also difficult to find the renter on time, for the landlord and
property managers.
 Resend This kind of system working in New York, Boston, or
the United States.

5. Project Objectives
 Study of currently available open-source applications
developed in foreign countries.
 Analysis of the applications and try to modify them according to
the Indian environment.
 Try to develop an efficient application that will be helpful for not
only renters but also landlords.
 Application development will be done according to
requirements of both renters and landlords.
