year the school has been figuring out a budget and going back and fourth with
architecture firms for a thirty two million dollar renovation. I had the great pleasure
to attend the school at the time of the renovation s start. I was in my senior year at
the time construction had started. The reason for this is not just to complain about
how the construction put a damper on my senior year of high school, but to explain
how all of the construction chaos causes a poor educational environment and was not
safe for students. This is still occurring too, as the renovations will continue for
another two years.

March 19th, 2016 forever changed the beer landscape for Jupiter, Florida. This was
the first of what will be many bottle and/or can releases for one of the newest
breweries to grace the South Florida horizon. A woman walking by asked me what

Carl Johnson s life matters. A 90 year old veteran in Virginia, Carl was the last
Tuskegee Airman to graduate from the famed school that produced so many heroic
African American aviators.
According to a recent article in the Washington Post, the U.S. Army issued Carl a
train ticket for a Pullman sleeping car so he could get from Texas to Alabama for his
military training in 1946.
Carl recalled being told by the station manager that he and his fellow black soldiers
were not allowed to use the Pullman. You have to go in coach, they were ordered.
Threatened with jail if they resisted, the soldiers rode for 24 hours and were denied

Devonny Stratton, Strat s younger sister called the police because she felt bad for

thought that now that Ms. Lockwood had Strat s eyes only for on her, she wouldn t

Lean manufacturing is a continuous improvement practice that focuses on waste
reduction. Waste in its simplest form is anything that is excessive and consumes
resources. It can also be referred to as non value added activities that do not add
value to the end product (Rizzo, 2008, 58). Sustainability on the other hand
recognizes a print company s capability to satisfy the 3 dimensions: people, profit and
