1. Interview
A Written Dialogue of An Interview of Sona Bae
Sona Bae was interviewed from a Panago employer
This dialogue was a bit adjusted to show only necessary content
therefore some of the dialogue might feel a bit out of place.
2. E: Employer
S: Sona
E: Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Daniel and you must be Sona?
S: Yah that’s me.
E: Shall we get started?
S: Mhm
E: Yah you can just sit here
S: Thank you
E: Okay so, why do you want to work here?
S: Well I’d love to build some more work experience and I felt that Panago
would be a perfect place to start.
E: Mhm okay.. Here at Panago we value each other and we work as a unit so
can you tell me what good team work is?
S: I think good team work is when we help each other and rely on one another.
E: Why do you think we need team work
S: Team work is necessary for everything to work smoothly because in any
work place everyone needs to work together to get the job done. And also
personally I think that I work harder in a group because I know that people
are relying on me to do my part. But of course I work hard on my own as well.
3. E: I see you applied for the customer service position.
S: Yes I did.
E: Okay so Sona, what is good costumer service to you?
S: Uh, well I think good customer service is when customers feel welcomed and
want to come back. I’ve been to many places where the employees weren’t
smiling and you could just tell that they didn't’t want to be there-
E: Yes and that’s not what you want.
S: Exactly and I feel like uh, a clean environment adds on to customer service
as well
E: Cleanliness.. I see
E: Okay and that’ll be all
S: Thank you very much *shakes hand*
E: You have my email right?
S: Actually I don’t..
E: Okay here…. Um there’s a lot of people applying right now so even if you
don’t hear back from me in a couple weeks it doesn’t mean you didn’t get the job.
S: Okay thank you so much.
