Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

6. REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for applying as Caregiver in Israel depend on the agency (Philippines and Israel) where you are
going to apply, which I think would depend as well from the Israel embassy.
However, apart from different needed documents, you should pass the following:
1.National Certificate II in Caregiving from TESDA,
2.Hebrew language class, and
3.3-day OWWA Hebrew training class.
The following documents are also needed:
1.CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage)- for a single applicant
2.Marriage certificate- local and NSO (obviously, for married)
3.Birth Certificate- local and NSO
4.Diploma- High School or College, whatever is available to you
5.Transcript of Record- if available
6.old and new ID’s-school, work, driver’s license or any valid ID with your NAME AND PICTURE
7.NBI clearance- you need one during application and another from the main office
8.Old pictures
Some agencies provide their own training for Caregiving and Hebrew class. If not, you can ask those schools or
organization that offer the training.
Diploma, TOR and Birth Certificate require having DFA Red Ribbon and seal.
There is pre-medical before undergoing training and final medical after the training.
Appearance with parents and spouse (married) is required especially at the Israel Embassy. Provide evidence like
pictures and death cert, if your parents or one of them is dead. Provided that one or both of them is living abroad,
you must present proofs, too. Israel does not allow both parent-child, or husband and wife to work at a time. I just
don’t know the case, if wedding took place here during their stay.
Placement cost varies from agencies, but aside from the miscellaneous fee (medical, transportation, training fee,
etc...). There maybe a little difference, but just a small amount. PF for men is higher than that of women.
Direct hiring is illegal in Israel.
If you are not certain of any agency in the Philippines where you can apply, go directly to the POEA or Philippine
Overseas Employment Agency office and ask. It is always safe to inquire legitimate agencies rather than getting
scammed.
Anything else you need to know, just give your comments, and I will try to answer them to the best of my
knowledge ))))
