I am a tenacious young man who wished to play an important role in the Casper & Gambini’s
organization. I have a strong educational background and a professional experience that let me
feel a qualified person in the company.
My passion for coffee, food and service started at an early age, and I accompanied this zeal with
education by obtaining a BA in Sales and Marketing. Knowing how much the practical experience
is crucial to my career progression, I occupied several positions in different organizations
covering different areas ranging from International Food Restaurant, coffee shops to Italian
dining restaurants, Lebanese Restaurants, Fast food concepts, catering and hotels. Besides from
the intensive trainings that I have undergone in the above fields, I started my serious full-time
job with one of the major restaurant café in the Middle East, Casper and Gambini’s.
I started working at C&G in 1999 as a waiter position; than I got several promotions (Head waiter,
Restaurant Team Leader, Restaurant Supervisor, Head of Operations, Director of operations, Country
Director) and several certificates and awards as (Case study “L’orient le jour” in 2000, Employee of
the Month in 2000 and 2004, Committed to excellence 2003, Employee of the year Casper and
Gambini’s in 2001 “winning trip to UK”, Outshining certificate 2012 “winning trip to Turkey”, Soiree
D’Annette 2013, certificate of honor, for the vision, determination and achievement ““winning
10.000.000 LBP cash amount ”, 2016 Letter of appreciation from the Franchisor and the Franchisee
for opening 5 different Concepts in one year!
My eagerness and my passion for developing my career, give me the opportunity to be one of
the key people in the company.
Right decisions, good communication with staff, dealing and exceeding customer expectations ,
all these issues made process, which allowed me to be a Director of Operation at Casper &
Gambini's handling all Lebanese C&G branches, Eatalian restaurant two locations, and one
location for fast food concept “Falafel and More”.
I was recommended by the CEO to participate in the opening of Casper and Gambini’s in “City
Stars” Cairo Branch, Casper & Gambini's “Dubai Festival City”, Casper & Gambini's “Jordan -
Abdoun”, Casper & Gambini's “KSA-Tahlia street”.
2. In November 2014 I was recommended by the CEO to handle the opening for the 5 new concepts
mentioned below at Sultanate of Oman as Country Director in June 2016 I got promotion a
promotion to be Country Director / Business Development
