4. Work on Link Road Diagonal Cut :
* It is provided at the distance of 3m.
Angle of the diagonal cut is to be 45ᵒ

5.  Edging :
* It is provided both sides of
the road for stability of
stones.
* It is provided with brick’s and
its height is 4”

6.  Laying Stones :
* Laying G-II Stones in the half
of the road i.e. 3m.
* thickness of loss stone is 4”

7.  Dry Rolling :
* To set the stones at the
thickness of 3”

8.  Laying Sand Before Wet Rolling

9.  Watering Before Wet Rolling
* To remove the air voids

10.  Wet Rolling :
* It is also known as WBM
(water bond mechadum)

11.  Machines :
* Distributer * Compressor
Its temp is 150°

12.  Cleaning soil with compressor :
* For bonding tack coat
with metal stone

13.  Tack Coating :
* Laying tack coat with distrubuter
* It is laying 1kg/m²

14.  Laying 10mm aggregate over tack coat :
* Rolling after tack coat over aggregate
* For settling the metal stone

15.  Laying PC
*25mm thick
* Its temp is 120 °
