This document provides an overview of RKCL (Rising Sun & Shining Moon of Rajasthan) and its work in increasing digital literacy in Rajasthan. Some key points: 1) RKCL started in 2009 with 485 IT centers and has trained over 4.5 million citizens. It aims to train 10 million students and 700,000 government employees annually. 2) RKCL offers the RS-CIT basic computer course, which provides bonus marks for government jobs and is mandatory for some employees. 3) RKCL implements various government schemes to train groups like tribal students, SC/ST youth, unemployed graduates, and more. It has trained over 100,000 individuals
