The Rotary Club of Pune Central's Project Parivartan aims to transform society through Gandhian principles. The project involves cleaning roads and walls, teaching Gandhian values to prison inmates, and creating an ideal village adhering to Gandhian ideals. It has a budget of Rs. 20,000 and will plant trees, provide first aid, empower women, sponsor school kits, establish a youth group, and spread awareness of public welfare schemes. Over 8,000 participants from various colleges, jails, organizations and institutions across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa have participated in Project Parivartan initiatives to date.
