C. Characteristics
of Rizal as a Lover
Rizal was a smart person. He was a good
writer, poet and doctor.
He might be handsome, sweet and
gentleman. History says he had a lot of
girlfriends who loved him.
He traveled to different places and every
place he went, he talked about different
women, beautiful women.
He wrote novels about abusive priests and
suffering of women and children.
He wrote about friendships, love, goodbyes,
exiles and excommunication.
He maybe from a rich family, since he was
able to study abroad and travel.
his greatest contribution were his books
which until today, are used by schools to
learn good values and love of country.
But his books are very thick, students get
bored and fall asleep in the class, which
resulted to kids not learning the values
taught by Rizal and no love of country.
He was famous about the use of pen
instead of arms in fighting for freedom.
The key to Pepe's personality is freedom. Pepe loves travel,
adventure, variety and meeting new people. He possesses the
curiosity of a cat and longs to experience all of life.
Jose Rizal loves to be involved in several things at the same
time as long as he is not tied down to any one area. Rizal likes
change, new things and new horizons. He makes friends
easily; his personality is upbeat and often inspiring attracting
people from all walks of life.
Pepe has a way with words and an uncanny ability to motivate
others. He can be in sales, advertising, publicity, promotion,
politics or any profession that requires communication skills
and understanding of people.
Pepe is sensual and loves to taste all of life. Sex, food and
other sensory experiences are essential to the enjoyment of
his life. He finds it difficult to commit to one relationship, but
once committed, Jose Rizal can be as faithful as an old dog.
D. Reflections of
Rizal's love life
The life of Jose Rizal was a truly inspiring story.
Jose Rizal was quite the ladies’ man ever since he
was about fifteen.
Jose Rizal was only a short man but like most
women, the women in Jose Rizal’s life may have
been mesmerized by his intelligence, wit and
charm.
This article teaches the young teenager about the
sharing of loving thoughts on their early years of
experience about love. They must know how to
handle infatuation including frustrations in love just
like the love story of Rizal.
The young teenagers must learn what Rizal felt
through the meaning of true love and frustration of
Love The first thing I noticed in Dr. Jose Rizal’s life
was that he lived a simple one.
First, valuing and loving relationships – be it family
relationships, friendships, special relationships,
country-citizen relationship and most especially You-
and-Your-Creator relationship. Rizal was a very loving
and obedient child to his parents, sibling and
relatives. Only the best intentions were his wishes for
all of them. Remember, he studied ophthalmology
abroad very well just to cure his mother’s eye illness
and he succeeded.
“Chick boy” as others’ impression on him when it comes to
his love life, I believed Rizal was a very loving and a stick-
to-one partner. Only that many women really liked him a lot
that all of them want to be his long-time partner. I strongly
believed that he loved all them (the girls!) seriously and
faithfully. Only that he just have other priorities over them,
that’s why he didn’t pursued any one of them.
Patriotic and compassionate as he was ever since, he
wanted to save his fellowmen from the discrimination and
brutal treatment of the Spaniards. That’s why he proved that
“pen is mightier than the sword”. He let them “experienced”
the long-awaited freedom and liberty thru his writings
especially those two great novels – Noli Me Tangere and El
Filibusterismo.

  • 36. The key to Pepe's personality is freedom. Pepe loves travel, adventure, variety and meeting new people. He possesses the curiosity of a cat and longs to experience all of life. Jose Rizal loves to be involved in several things at the same time as long as he is not tied down to any one area. Rizal likes change, new things and new horizons. He makes friends easily; his personality is upbeat and often inspiring attracting people from all walks of life. Pepe has a way with words and an uncanny ability to motivate others. He can be in sales, advertising, publicity, promotion, politics or any profession that requires communication skills and understanding of people. Pepe is sensual and loves to taste all of life. Sex, food and other sensory experiences are essential to the enjoyment of his life. He finds it difficult to commit to one relationship, but once committed, Jose Rizal can be as faithful as an old dog.
  • 38. The life of Jose Rizal was a truly inspiring story. Jose Rizal was quite the ladies’ man ever since he was about fifteen. Jose Rizal was only a short man but like most women, the women in Jose Rizal’s life may have been mesmerized by his intelligence, wit and charm. This article teaches the young teenager about the sharing of loving thoughts on their early years of experience about love. They must know how to handle infatuation including frustrations in love just like the love story of Rizal.
  • 39. The young teenagers must learn what Rizal felt through the meaning of true love and frustration of Love The first thing I noticed in Dr. Jose Rizal’s life was that he lived a simple one. First, valuing and loving relationships – be it family relationships, friendships, special relationships, country-citizen relationship and most especially You- and-Your-Creator relationship. Rizal was a very loving and obedient child to his parents, sibling and relatives. Only the best intentions were his wishes for all of them. Remember, he studied ophthalmology abroad very well just to cure his mother’s eye illness and he succeeded.
  • 40. “Chick boy” as others’ impression on him when it comes to his love life, I believed Rizal was a very loving and a stick- to-one partner. Only that many women really liked him a lot that all of them want to be his long-time partner. I strongly believed that he loved all them (the girls!) seriously and faithfully. Only that he just have other priorities over them, that’s why he didn’t pursued any one of them. Patriotic and compassionate as he was ever since, he wanted to save his fellowmen from the discrimination and brutal treatment of the Spaniards. That’s why he proved that “pen is mightier than the sword”. He let them “experienced” the long-awaited freedom and liberty thru his writings especially those two great novels – Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo.
