This is the risk assessment I created for my music video production

1. Risk Hazard Prevention
Slipping Uneven/slippery flooring. Water, tinsel, etc Clean up after making a mess. Wear
adequate footwear.
Falling Climbing around furniture. Sitting on
uneven objects (such as a couch arm)
Take extra care when climbing around and
make sure there is always another person
supervising. Make sure you have correct
balance before sitting down completely.
Camera Damage Likely weather or people trying to squeeze
past the tripod.
Take extra care when trying to maneuverer
around tripod. Always have someone ready
to catch the tripod at all times.
Electrocution Plugging in the Christmas lights. Make sure that before attempting, the
socket is switched off and that hands are
completely dry before hand.
