Wires had to be thread from the inside of the house through the window to the camera. -Tripping over wires -Rain could damage the electrical equipment Ensure that everyone was aware of the wire within the house and make sure the area is kept out of bounds. 3 Have a first aid kit nearby in case anybody trips. Tape the wires to the floor and walls to ensure they are securely fixed. Also, we should have an umbrella to ensure the equipment was protected from potential rain. Harriet Bibby

Who is responsible for action? Our actor will have to walk down a street which could potentially be fairly busy. -Cars – if it is really busy we will have to be weary of traffic and if our actor is safe near the road - Other people – our Actor will need to be weary of other people and bumping into them Ensure that the actor is aware of the road and the traffic (although we have purposely chosen a street which is generally fairly quiet). We will also have to be aware of other people and try to film when they are not around. 4 Have a first aid kit nearby in case anybody trips or falls. Smashing glass If the actor drops the glass there could be broken glass which could harm the people around We will take extra precaution when using these props 4 We will have a dust pan and brush handy in case we need to clean any shattering up. We will also have a first aid kit nearby in order to attend to anybody if they get hurt Chloe Greig and Harriet Bibby. Kitchen equipment There will be lots of different kitchen equipment within this setting – for example we need to be weary of knives etc We will take extra precaution around this equipment, however, we will not be using these things so they should cause no problem. 4 We will not be using any of this kitchen equipment within the video. Who is responsible for action? The actors may accidently hurt one another when arguing and pushing one another. Being accidently hit or pushed. We will ensure that the actors know exactly what movements they are going to do within the scene and take extra precaution within the fight scene. 2 Have a first aid kit nearby in case anybody is hurt. Risk Assessment Scene CampfireRisk-Assessment number 05 Project Music Video Names Chloe Greig and Harriet Bibby Location High Ropes Centre – Market Rasen Assistants Harriet Bibby and Chloe Greig Date Assessed 12/10/15 What hazards have been identified? What are the potential injuries or damage? Severity (1, 2 or 3) What measures have been taken to prevent injury or damage? Number of people at risk What additional measures or actions are required? Who is responsible for action? The actors included will all be sitting around an open fire. Some of the actors could potentially be burnt or hurt from the fire. The fire could also spread. We will ensure that the actors know exactly what movements they are going to do within the scene and take extra precaution when around the fire. 6 We will have a phone available to us at all times when filming this scene in case anyone does get severely hurt. We will also ensure that nobody gets too close to the fire by having a safety distance. Harriet Bibby and Chloe Greig. At one point, the actors will also be using sparklers. We will need to be careful with these as we don’t want anyone to get burnt or hurt. We will ensure that we are very careful when using these and make sure nobody goes near one another when we have them. 6 We will have a bucket filled with water nearby in case we need to put the sparklers out quickly. We will also only have half of the cast with sparklers at one Harriet Bibby and Chloe Greig.
