Dogs, dog walkers Kids, parents Pot holes 6 2 2 The crew and cast could be bit or scared by the dog’s aggression or in shock of surprise. The parents and kids could interrupt the shoot or gat aggressive towards the cast/crew. The crew/cast could fall over the pot hole and twist their ankle or strain their muscle in their leg. We can be aware of the dogs and their owners just to make sure the crew/cast will not be bothered. We will have to take are photos out of the way and be aware of parents and their kids and make sure we don’t bother them. I have to make sure where I am taking my photos there are no pot holes because my cast/crew could hurt themselves so I have to be aware for them I would come and get the technician if I needed them to tie the wire up out of the way so no one bangs your head. Make sure the person is sat correct distance away from the computer so their eyes aren’t hurting. To prevent this you could go through the room telling the students to but their liquids away or away from the computer so they will do no damage.

List groups of people who are especially at risk from the significant hazards which you have identified 3. List existing controls here or note where the information may be found 4. List the risks which are not adequately controlled and the action you will take. Have regard for the level of risk, the cost of any action and the benefit you expect to gain.
