a revenue generator as college athletics have become a multi billion dollar sports
entertainment enterprise. The most prominent contradiction with the NCAA is that
amateur rules are applied to the athletes, while the rules of the market apply to the

the college athlete labor market does not fall under federal or state antitrust laws or
state workers compensation laws. The NCAA member schools are allowed to set the
wage for the student athlete and not give benefits to players who suffer injury. Due to

Nurse Ratched and Mr. Nolan. In both institutions, the oppressors use many similar
methods to subdue the characters. These methods include manipulation,
intimidation, and imposition of strict rules set by the staff. In One Flew Over the

patients on the ward; therefore, allowing her to have power over all the patients.

reader through his belief of what his god does. The short story is trying to persuade
the readers to worship Aten and become monotheistic (which means to worship only
