FPS(Financial Planning System) is for CTBC Bank, major objective is providing customer a personal financial proposal according to
their financial status, so FPS includes many modules such as fund investment, insurance planning, currency investment and so on.
I am responsible for PPS and Trust Operations Personnel Module . Server as BA to design function, use case diagram, and gather
customer’s requirements. Besides, I also responsible for requirement document, technical document, test case document drafting
and code review.

Objective: Providing a platform to
customer service staff for solving
customers’ issues immediately, such as
billing, pricing, mobile problem, ADSL
renew, trouble shooting and so on.
Strength: Initiative for notifying service
expired and data current period. Auto
renew and online payment mechanism
through payment gateway to bank. Web
service communicates with supplier

Customers through B2C
website to choose what they
need. There are many
services in this website, you
can buy something about
mobile, you can apply ADSL,
DNS, mobile number, you
can also pay a bill or
recharge, finally you can
search your history records
easily and modify some
information.
Customers chose their
service and click “OK”, the
system will provide two
ways of payment, credit card
and ATM. Once payment has
been submitted successfully,
the service will be provided
immediately.
Payment Gateway will
connect with Bank to verify
customers information; then
the bank will give response
to gateway and B2C website.
If customers chose ATM
payment, B2C website will
generate a ATM number,
gateway also connect with
Bank to check if this number
had been paid or not and
then it also makes response
message.
Once payment has been
submitted successfully,
account system will receive
payment; different services
have different BU accounts.
B2C website will set
different BU codes. As
payment received, the
payment will dispatch to
different BU accounts.

customer service immediately support.
Be responsible for OE system migration project and new requirement design, providing operation
engineer support when customers have some issues on mobile and ADSL service in their house.
Be responsible for EBITDA system project , providing marketing and product manager to get product
revenue status and customers prediction analysis report.
Be responsible for revenue system project, providing CEO high level revenue reports and predicting
revenue status by different dimensions.
