Le Département de Loire-Atlantique et l’Adapei 44 (Association des amis et parents de personnes handicapées mentales) ont contractualisé leur engagement par la signature d’un Contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens (CPOM) avec une priorité : améliorer la qualité de l’accueil et des services auprès des personnes en situation de handicap mental. L’Adapei accompagne en Loire-Atlantique près de 3 000 personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle. Elle emploie également 1 600 professionnels tous salariés de l’association gestionnaire. Elle gère 45 établissements et 19 services financés par le Département, 35 établissements sont par ailleurs financés par l’Agence Régionale de Santé. Né d’une démarche volontaire, le CPOM est un outil de clarification stratégique et budgétaire. Il fixe un cadre général et permet à l’Adapei de gérer de manière plus souple la dotation globale versée par le Département pour 5 ans, soit 20,148 M€ par an, en répartissant librement ses dépenses en fonction des objectifs stratégiques. Le Département déterminait auparavant 64 budgets par an avec l’Adapei, soit 1 par structure autorisée.

Mer et littoral : un nouveau rôle pour les Départements
Pour mieux prendre en considération les particularités de la mer et du littoral en proposant des politiques publiques en faveur de la gestion intégrée de ces espaces, les Départements de France lancent une mission. Conduite par le président du Conseil général de Loire-Atlantique, Philippe Grosvalet, elle aboutira d’ici un an à proposer aux Départements de nouveaux objectifs et leviers d’action.

This project aims to compare and improve methods for teaching English as a foreign language to adults across partner countries in Europe. Partners will research their current teaching methodology and materials. Criteria for successful materials will be determined. New materials focusing on English as an international language will be created and selected based on the criteria. Students and teachers from partner institutions will have opportunities to meet and learn from each other through international meetings and lessons to improve English skills and motivation. The four partner institutions are from Spain, Italy, Romania, and Turkey and they hope participating in the project will help students develop open-mindedness and prepare for the European labor market.

Angular Measurements: Instruments used; Introduction to Compass Surveying, Bearings and Longitude & Latitude of a Line, Introduction to total station.
Levelling: Instrument used Object of levelling, Methods of levelling in brief, and Contour maps.

One of the main aims of the programme for foreign language assistants is to encourage the study of Spanish language and culture in universities and centres of higher education abroad. Through this programme, those who teach Spanish as a foreign language can take part in these teaching posts offered by the programme, which will provide them with personal and professional enrichment. This will benefit the foreign university as it will improve their standard of teaching – and will have a positive effect on the students who participate in the course’s, learning. Our current participants and students who attend the course of teaching Spanish as a foreign language have the exciting opportunity to work abroad a experience a different culture.
