The Level A2 Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language is a diploma of linguistic
competence in Spanish, equivalent to Level A2 in the Common European Framework of
Reference for Languages from the Council of Europe. This new level proves that the
candidate is capable of understanding phases and daily expressions related to themes
relevant to the student (basic information about oneself and family, shopping, places of
