GatewayRail Freight Limited (GatewayRail) is the subsidiary company of Gateway Distriparks (NSE: GDL) and handles all
the rail operations of the GDL group. GatewayRail provides inter-modal logistics and operates its own rail-linked Inland
Container Depots/Dry Ports (ICD) at Garhi-Harsaru (Gurgaon, Haryana), Ludhiana (Punjab) and Kalamboli (Navi Mumbai).
Its upcoming terminal at Asaoti (Faridabad, Haryana) will be operational by Q4 2013-14 as well. GatewayRail owns and
operates a fleet of 21 trains and 235+ road trailers at its rail linked terminals. GatewayRail operates regular container train
service from these ICDs/Dry Ports to the maritime ports at Nhava Sheva, Mundra and Pipavav, transporting EXIM cargo as
well as domestic containers. All major shipping lines operate from these terminals for both export and import.
Duties & Responsibility:
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information
systems (MIS).
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting
efficiency and consistency.
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management
team.
Sound Knowledge of Export and Import documentation.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for
increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer
issues.
Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and
resolution
