issues to ensure smooth and timely transition of employees through the process.
 Served as VP and Presidenton the Mass Hi-Tech Council for workers compensation.
Compensation/Stock Plan:
 Administration of the worldwide Restricted Stock Program by accurately
processing/auditingnewhire grants,annual programgrants and terminations
accordingto MKS and legislativerequirements (Sarbanes Oxley),and respondingto
employee inquiriesin a timely manner.
 Manage the administration of compensation data for international employees to
ensure accurateheadcount reporting, timely terminations of stock grants,ESPP,
management bonus, etc. by coordinatingwith the foreign subsidiaries on a monthly
basis to receive changes,new hires and terminations.
 CoordinateSemi-annually,the administration of the worldwide employee stock
purchaseprogram(ESPP) by communicatingeligibility,programhighlights,and
processes for employee participation,integration of foreign data for submission to
vendor, and respondingto employee questions.
 Serve as the focal pointfor the MKS human resource information system, Ultimate
Software. Perform security,reporting and system administration for the HRIS
system. Respond to questions,provide direction,troubleshootproblems often
interfacingwith payroll,develop reports usingBusiness Intelligence report writer to
facilitateHR’s ability to collectand analyzerequired data as needed for the
Executive team and all other management.
 Complete data inputfor all compensation and benefits surveys includingRadford,
TSG, DET, IPAS and NASPP.
 Provideyear end reporting for the annual 10k and proxy reporting required by the
SEC.
HRIS:
 HRIS maintenance including:System security,System set up, benefits, job
structures and compensation, Insuredata integrity through quarterly audits,System
upgrades, Manage all interfaceexports for Benefit and Compensation vendors,
Train users and assistwith troubleshootingsystem related issues
Business reporting:
 Create reports for all businesspartners (Executive,HR Management, Business
