end to end support to them. All the Data of C3I company is managing in different version of
Microsoft SQL Server Database and having different environments like Prod., UAT, Testing,
test.
C3I is customer logged tickets or self-maintained work items to manage inventory. The
customer base that Pharma/Clinical servers are spread across different countries Like in
India/Hyderabad, USA, Europe.
Contribution:
• Providing Tire 3 Production support for 24x7.
• Maintenance of pre-production servers and responsible for day to day activities for smooth
running of all applications.
• Working on Tire 3 and Tire 2 tickets.
• Taking care of RCA (root cause analysis) for various issues.

RDS-Contains many application under different domain using
by MS client ( RSM, ROM, ROQ) and their maintenance using SQL and IIS.
Environment for RDS: Pre-Production/UAT, Test, DevB and Dev.
RDS is a part of Microsoft Business Engineering group and it is a team that is inundated with
work, whether it is customer logged tickets or self-maintained work items to manage inventory.
The customer base that RDS serves is spread across two continents in both India/Hyderabad
and USA/Redmond.
Maintaining and managing servers owned by the team. These servers are Windows 2003 (IIS
Servers), Windows 2008 (IIS Servers), Windows 2008R2 (IIS Servers), SQL Server 2005, 2008
and 2008 R2. Supporting Pre-Production UAT environment with 25+ various applications
Contribution:
