 Respond to all departments inquiries concerning administrative affairs such as vacation etc.
 Arranging for flights and hotels reservations.
 Follow up on medical claims with the insurance company.
 Receiving & recording of telephone bills and follow up of payment with the accounts
department.
 Safe keeping leasehold documents like contracts etc.
 Preparation of medical aid request to hospitals
 Safe keeping and maintenance of statistical records on company employees

 Upkeep and maintenance of vehicle files

 Analysis the bill of the supplier and to prepare the purchase voucher.
 Raising AR for assets material required at site.
 Handling of store staffs & workers.
 Preparing the P&M Daily running &Diesel Consumption Reports.
 Analyze and verification of daily material stock statement.
 Check out the creditor’s list payment.
 Keeping stock records and others company records related to stores.
 Procurement & Hiring of machineries.

 Preparing the monthly stock statement & maintaining the day to day records with help of
