Ms. Sims has over 14 years of experience in the characterization and analysis of groundwater, soils, and
bedrock, and assessment of local and regional geology relating to environmental concerns for compliance with
local, state and federal regulations. Her specialties include analytical and field data evaluation, slug testing and
hydraulic conductivity analyses, physical/chemical hydrogeology, and project management. Ms. Sims’s has

 Field management of multiple subsurface investigations at an active refinery and steel mill in
Northwest Indiana. Responsible for budgeting field costs, developing and implementing scope of
