Work on both commercial and government contracts to address a wide range of disciplines such
as the assessment of land and water contamination. Coordinate environmental audits, impact
assessments, waste management and the design of related policies and management systems.
Advise and consult the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on technical issues

Analyzed site investigation reports to evaluate Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and cleanup
standards under the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP). Reviewed work plans and related
budgets for oil field remediation and restorations.
Conduct field investigations; collecting data to establish the baseline condition of contamination
for site/area of consideration. Review US Army and Air Force remediation projects for quality and
budget control, utilizing knowledge of the advanced military data base (AEDBR).

Collected the environmental data from sites in various stages of the assessment and remediation
process. Completed assigned tasks that included groundwater sampling, soil sample collection,
evaluation of sensitive receptors, and site progression towards regulatory closure.
Conducted site inspections for PST removal, upgrades and installations in accordance with state
and federal regulations. Provided technical assistance and training for all waste programs (MSW,
RCRA and PST) for Field Investigators, as well as TNRCC program divisions and the public.
