Work Package under Malaysian Mass Rapid Transit Project. I am responsible in carry out
inspections, general audit, internal audit and also ISO Compliance audit throughout the respective
departments that involve in the KVMRT Project.
I was also a technician with Malaysia Airlines (MAS) for 5 years (inclusive of apprenticeship) . I am
responsible in assisting the certifying technician to perform maintenance tasks which includes
repair, parts changing, fault and functional testing and also chemical process on various aircraft
components as per SOP’s and Maintenance Manuals.
I also have the experience in logistics administration during my previous employment with Agilent
Technologies (Microwave) Sdn Bhd.I am very committed to work, punctual, able to work under

Position: Quality Inspector (DEC 2015-Present)

• Responsible in carry out Site Inspection, General Inspection, Delivery Inspection for ongoing work process for
Telecommunications Sub System Installation.
• Responsible in carry out general audit, inter-department audit and ISO compliance audit for Apex Comm & LG
CNS, Subcontractor and Third Parties Participant for the MRT Project.
• Assisting the QAQC Engineer in carry out internal document review,Project Quality Plan and other ISO
compliance documents to ensure to meet the Clients Standart.
• Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data
into quality database.
• Responsible as the representative of the QAQC department for Safety and Health Committee to attend safety
meeting or safety briefing.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal
regulations.

2. MALAYSIA AIRLINES SYSTEM (MAS)
Position: Technician (Aircraft Heavy Maintenance) (JULY 2010-AUG 2015)
• Involved work closely in carried out preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance and also online maintenance
tasks on various aircraft components from various types of aircraft ranging from Boeing 737/747/777, Airbus
A330/340/380, ATR-72, Fokker 50 and other types of aircraft listed on the company’s capabilities. Tasks involved are
troubleshooting, dismantling, cleaning, assembly, parts replacement, inspection and testing (leak/functional) .
• Carried out chemical cleaning of aircraft parts (alkaline, aqueous, wet degreasing, carbon removing and general
cleaning process) prior to or after NDT process.
• Carried out mechanical cleaning (plastic media blasting and sand blasting) for paint stripping and corrosion removal.
• Carried out electroplating (LHE Brush cadmium Plating) on aircraft parts in shop and in-situ (on aircraft) for corrosion
protection purposes.
• Carried out chemical cleaning of KAWASAKI GAS TURBINE parts prior and after NDT inspection.
WORKING EXPERIENCES

3. • Responsible in ensuring all MTE (measuring and testing) equipment are serviceable by ensuring all the equipment
have current calibration label attached and are within calibration before usage.
• Responsible to carry out routine checks on workshop facilities and equipment to be serviceable and in a good working
condition.
• Liaising with contractors, vendors and labs department on monthly chemical samples and maintenance of chemical
tanks area.
• Involved in Assisting QA department on internal audit and closing finding for the corrective action request
(CAR).
• Involved in preparing any purchase order of chemicals or any facilities repair requirement by liaising with material
department.
• Carried out monthly facilities report of designated work area.
• Participate in CIP (continuous improvement program) and EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) activities in

• Process and key in data to finalized shipment details of product for warehouse personnel final check.
• Check the condition of the product to be shipped.
• Continually monitor the orders and expedite the orders as per committed.
