Security Administration’s objectives. This includes the protection of travelers, airports, and
aircraft from threats to transportation security insuring the freedom and movement of people and
commerce. Operates screening equipment to identify dangerous or prohibited items in baggage
and on passengers preventing these from being transported on aircraft. Working as a team,
working with the general public even when disruptive or angry, managing stress, communication
skills, and significant attention to detail is extremely important to being successful. Working with
people from different backgrounds and diversity play a key role in nearly every situation. The
ability to learn dynamics, theories, and factors underlining the rapidly changing aviation security

being parked overnight preparing them for the next day’s flights. Worked with gate agents, flight

Designed, wrote, and photographed for the quarterly newsletter. Occasionally worked with local
lawmakers, media and airport officials in regards to launching the current logo. Assisted in

entailed conducting tours for school age children. Performed general office and receptionist
duties including: database development, phone and reception duties, filing and mailing
