visibility to financial performance and change order management. Procore Analytics
(Power Business Intelligence) was deployed enhancing portfolio financial transparency.
Supervised the deployment of LaborChart, a resource allocation management solution
that allows for real-time resource tracking and planning, as well as improved scheduling
and resource placement.
Deployed a mobile and PC based timesheet application that provided operations
visibility to timesheets and the finance team access to timesheet data for project labor

Engineering (2020 – 2021)
Developed and deployed a data migration process converting Amazon Safety Training
courses to C&W Safety Training Courses and then imported this data into the C&W
Services Safety Training application, AIC. This effort brought the Amazon RME contract
into compliance with C&W Services Safety Training KPI requirements.

2. Deployed an industry-standard asset management application for Corporate Real Estate
consisting of 300 North American AECOM offices, 4M sq. ft., and a $199M budget.
Coordinated the development and managed a web-based service request portal, tablet
work order management application, and smartphone request entry application.
Designed and deployed a cost-plus solution in Prism G2 (Earned Value Management
System) for three high-profile U. S. Army government contracts totaling $250M or 10%
of the division’s annual revenue. Prism and Cognos brought business process
efficiencies and improved data integrity by using technology to migrate cost data from
the ERP application to Prism.
Application Deployment Manager | Energy & Construction Division (2015 – 2016)
Designed, developed, and deployed a tablet-based application for a 200+ Caterpillar
technician workforce that pushed work order updates, captured asset condition
information and hours worked. Job hazard analysis safety checklist, job plans, and
asset history were available to the technician remotely. A 55% reduction in work order
backlog, a 58% reduction in calls handled by the call center and a 13% increase in
corrective work order compliance are a few of the benefits.
Managed application feedback from end users determining if issues were training-
related or application issues. Created and maintained an issue log and documentation
used by the vendor to recreate application behavior.
Project Controls Systems Manager | Power Division (2010 – 2014)
Managed application migration to a new version of Prism; maintained issues log and
created functionality issue documentation for the vendor. Collaborated with the vendor
on clearly identifying and prioritizing issue resolution. Worked with other testers to
create test cases performing a complete and thorough test of all core functionality.
Spearheaded the utilization of a corporate standard application to simplify, improve
accuracy and streamline how costs are captured and reported. This technology
improved cost, budgeting, and forecasting flexibility and introduced a new approach to
the design of the work breakdown structure (WBS). Implementing Oracle Discoverer as
a best practice throughout Project Controls successfully transitioned the group from an
unsupported application to a standard corporate application and on a large-scale
increased analysis time by reducing manual data manipulation.
Contributed software implementation expertise for Project Controls Senior Management
strategic transformation initiative utilizing state-of-the-art applications to increase
analysis time, improve transparency and accuracy of internal/external reporting. This
methodology and its application streamlined processes, improved performance
transparency, and improved the scalability of project controls to easily accommodate
new business.
Provided training and mentoring of end users as a subject matter expert of the Project
Control standard application Prism. Ultimately began transforming the Project Controls
community to better utilize Prism and efficiently migrate a manual cost data
management approach.
Project Controls Supervisor | Industrial Process Division (2007 – 2010)
Implemented Prism as a cost, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis application
standard for the facilities management group for the $30M Kraft Foods company. The
budgeting and forecasting process improved awareness of the scope of work and
fiduciary adherence which resulted in improved financial performance. All of these were
the result of implementing process standards and technology. Data accuracy,
timeliness, budgeting, and forecasting fundamentals were critical success factors that
contributed to the success of this project.
3. Developed the strategy and coordinated the integration of a Facility Management
industry standard work breakdown structure (WBS) with the corporate Project Controls
reporting application, PRISM. The WBS was utilized by future clients and implemented
across all applications including the estimating tool, Oracle, Deltek, Maximo, and PRISM
which impacted procurement, timekeeping, finance, budgeting/forecasting, and
performance reporting.
