 Overall responsibility for set up and day to day management of a chewing gum
manufacturing operation.
 Effective utilization of resources like Land, Labour, Electricity etc so as to ensure
maximum output at minimum resource level.
 Designing & Approving plan for procuring of machinery & Setting up a
manufacturing unit from scratch.
