         My entry into the power sports industry began in the parts department. I was quickly promoted to Parts
Manager, which I continued for 18 months. During those 18 months I was responsible for all aspects of the parts
department. I was then transferred to sales and after six months was promoted to Sales Manager. I have since
held and exceeded the expectations for this position for the past six years. This time has allowed me to gain
confidence and extensive knowledge in the following areas: floor sales, financing, extended warranties, and all
associated documents. As a result of my interest and intrigue in the power sports industry I have strived to
acquire superior knowledge of the units I sell as well as competitors. In conjunction with my Sales Manager
position I have also been responsible for managing the company’s website, advertising, writing and running
warranty claims, and service writing. I also have a great knowledge of computers and diagnosed and fixed many of
our problems. My vast knowledge of Lightspeed includes the daily basics of all departments, forms and report
