John E. Brown has over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration and management. He holds an MBA and BS in Health Planning and Administration. Currently, he is the President of Advanced Medical Management Solutions, LLC, which provides operational management services to various medical facilities. Previously he served as CEO for several medical groups and facilities, managing multi-million dollar budgets and overseeing expansions. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, mergers/acquisitions, new facility development, and transitioning practices to value-based models. Additionally, he has taught healthcare administration courses as an adjunct faculty member.

 Responsible for a 78 physician multispecialty group practice with over 30 locations

 Responsible for operations of a 33 physician cardiology group with 6 locations and 4
diagnostic centers through the region
 Implemented a productivity-based compensation model which increased physician

 Responsible for day-to-day operations of a 67 physician multi-specialty group
 Responsible for the planning and construction of a 204,000 square foot Medical Office
Building to include 55,000 square feet used by Blair Medical specialties
 Successfully merged six local physician practices into Blair Medical Associates, resulting in
19 additional physicians added to the organization
 Recruited more than 25 new physicians to provide growth and fill retiring physician slots
