Researched present-day large scale water desalination technology, and analyzed major problems areas
such as environmental issues, costs, and energy consumption. Established contacts and conducted
presentations to counsel members of four Central Valley Cities, to discuss their water problems and
possible solutions. Invented, and conducted “proof of concept” testing, of new Sea Water Desalination
Technology (Patent Pending) that solves or greatly reduces the above issues. Coordinated the project with
scientist associates (see References) to validate theories and calculations
Conceived, designed and patented, fluid sensor products including, Volumetric Liquid Flow Sensor
(viscosity proof), Continuous Liquid level Sensor, and Point Contact Liquid Control.
Made presentations and proposals to a large soft-drink manufacturer and negotiated contractual
agreements for designing a beverage dispensing Ratio Valve (impervious to viscosity changes.
Resulted in $1,000,000 income, plus $400,000 consulting fees.
Flo-Onics Systems Inc. 1990-2012
Founder and CEO.
Funded the (startup) company and designed, patented, set up manufacturing, and established OEM sales
for Liquid Level Sensors and Controls, Dry-powder Density Sensors, and Electronic Timers,
Resulted in 95% of company’s annual sales to OEM accounts:
Note: Negotiated sale of company’s assets to an offshore entity.

proposals and designed large ultrasonic cleaning systems for rocket engines. .
Resulted in new division for the company and high volume sales in aerospace and medical fields.
Senior Project Engineer-Team Leader-Aerospace Division
Designed modifications and calculated in-flight influence-coefficients for the Propellant Utilization
System that controls the, oxidizer to fuel, ratio of intercontinental ballistic missiles.
Resulted in higher system accuracy and greater missile payloads
Senior Resident Field Engineer-Stationed at Edwards Missile Test Site
Directed engineering effort at 4 missile sites and established training program for new field engineers prior
to their transfer to alternate missile bases. Submitted reports to corporate office and presented progress
reports, at weekly meetings, to BMD officials and prime contractors. Implemented system design change
recommendations to home base design group for in-flight systems.
Results of recommended design changes played a major role in the follow-on contract.
