Sao has built a very complicated (yet user friendly) data modeling application that will allow us to
model out FY16 proposed AE compensation changes. The sophisticated model allows us to per-
form many different "what if scenarions" and then instantly determining if the proposed change
will cost or save AUS in variable commissions to our 425 AE's. This toll is invaluable to the entire
planning process.

Sao has invested 5+ months creating a financial model that is extremely sophisticated, compli-
cated and powerful. Yet, at the same time, has a user-interface that is simple, intuitive and flexi-
ble. Not only did Sao develop the financial model in record time, he’s been able to deal with the
“scope creep” and ongoing & unforeseen modification requests. Most of this coding/development
has taken place on the weekends (and on his own personal time) as to not interfere with his nor-
mal workload. The financial model has allowed the Uniform Services Sales department to con-
sider many different FY’17 compensation plans for our 400+ Account Executives. As inputs are
adjusted in the model, we are able to quickly determine the potential cost savings or cost in-
crease of the proposed change. Additionally, the model was coded in such a way that, on the fly,
we can “append” rows of data to the database assuming our sales professionals behavior will
change due to the proposed incentive plan. The end result is that we have a financial model that
allows the Uniform Services Leaders to perform “what if” scenarios with the model and quickly
determine the financial impact of those decisions.
