EXPERIENCE
Jackson County Water Supply District # 1
United States Postal Service
 After graduating High School in 1978, I was employed with Jackson County Water Supply District # 1
until January of 1986 when I started my career as a Distribution Clerk in 1986 and was quickly promoted
to Supervisor Distribution Operations in 1991. I performed many detailed positions on Service
Improvement Teams, and Special Assignments and was promoted to Supervisor Distribution Operations
in 1990, Manager Distribution Operations in 2001, and Postmaster in 2007. In 2007 until I retired in
January of 2016.
EDUCATION
I attended High School at the beginning of my Sophmore Year in 1976 at Grandview Senior High School
and graduated in 1978. I then continued my education at Longview Community College with Pyschology
and English classes.
AWARDS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I have served on Service Improvement Teams within the United States Postal Service organization to help
achieve better Service Scores with success.
I also traveled to San Antonio, TX, West Palm Beach, FL, St Louis, MO, and Charlotte, NC to gain better
understanding of the new Tray Management System that was installed in the Kansas City, MO Processing
and Distribution Facility.

I was tasked with the training of all Managers, Supervisors, and Craft employee's on this system to utilize
and effectively monitor and adjust workloads with volumes and achieve the best results.
 You delivered that big presentation to rave reviews. Don’t be shy about it now! This is the place to show
