Rock Painting Stall at the International Day
As the President of Digital Animation Club, I managed this project to plan, organize, setup and run a
Rock Painting stall at the International Day event at ISM. This project was funded entirely by the
team members, except the stall. I facilitated the discussion on stall activities and products, planned the
activities, purchases and preparation for the event. Based on the Club Treasurer’s computation, I
decided on the cost of the products that will be sold at the stall. I assigned team members to the
preparation activities and rostered the stall activities. We sold well, recovered the expenditure and
made profit.
