- Coordinating and corresponding with volunteers and parents telephonically and electronically

and Media department.
- Coordination of volunteer rosters.
- Responsible for maintaining a Café ordering system called Flexi schools and managing all
parental and staff queries thereon.

College Café Convener
Key responsibilities included managing a team of volunteer parents including all the responsibility
of roster and administration system set-up. Daily running and delegating of tasks involved with a
College Café. Dealing with parents and teachers alike with regard to sorting of issues in the College
Café. Ordering and buying from catering suppliers. (Negotiating pricing structure is my prowess).
Achievements - Set up all administration systems (i.e. order sheets, checklists, stock lists, programs, price
comparison tables etc).
- Being relational afforded the College Café having a loyal volunteer base whom I could call upon
daily.

- Worked alongside a chef in various capacities both in the school, for the church and outside
catering. Some work was paid and some casual.
