March 29th 2016-Present Minneapolis, MN
 I work with a team that researches and balances retail branch ATM’s. I use software
to see balance sheets, transactions, hardware faults, etc. to determine the cause for
branches showing an out of balance on their general ledger.
 Each member in my team is assigned a specific region of the United States to
monitor and research on a daily basis. We have specific time guidelines we must
follow to accurately and efficiently resolve issues with ATM balancing.
 On a daily basis I use several databases, which include software like Xcel, Access,
and Internet explorer programs to balance, research, contact branches if necessary,
and resolve branch ATM issues and successfully resolve those issues on the
company’s General Ledger.
 I am mainly independent, and have autonomy when deciding what actions to take
when resolving issues that arise, and I am trusted to manage problems and find
solutions on my own, but can always get assistance if necessary.
