 Sending enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors to obtain necessary quotations, information from
suppliers, subcontractors for the tender works.
 Preparation estimation and costing as per the specific requirement of the project tender.
 Obtain necessary quotations, information from concerned internal divisions of our company (like ELV
System, Security System, Fire Alarm System, Fire Suppression System and HVAC System) for the
tender works.
 Preparation of accurate material quantity, estimation, costing with complete MEP summary including
project management cost, overheads and margin as per the specific requirement of the project tender.
 Discuss with Head of the Department (Manager – MEP Division) in details with complete working
sheets and suppliers quotations.
 Preparation of offer letter and BOQ to clients/main contractor for the project tenders.
Coordination and Follow Ups:
 Coordination with all other engineers, Draftsmen for the relevant documents preparation, necessary
information to complete the tender.
 Coordination and follow up concerned supplies/subcontractors etc. as and when required.

 Working under the supervision of a project manager and involved in the day-to-day running of project
activities, attending site meetings and carrying out site surveys.
 Technical evaluation of the equipment’s and material, material submittal preparation.
 Preparing daily program of project activities and inspecting daily project activities and reporting to
project manager.
 Quantities take off from workshop drawings of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing &
Drainage for purchase request for materials required to project.
 Preparing Bill of Quantities, Payment Certificates & Variation or Change Orders of Electrical Works,
Plumbing & Drainage Works, HVAC Works and Fire Fighting Works.
 Prepare material submittals of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing & Drainage Works as
per specifications.
 Preparing method of statement for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing & Drainage Works.
 Preparing work schedule, organize and assign the work to the supervisors, Foremen and team of
