 Pre-Engineering Study, afterward preparation of complete Technical offer for reciprocating
compressor. Participation in pre-bid, post-bid and post order technical discussion with client.
 Reciprocating Compressor model selection and sizing.
 Study of Purchase requisition and distribution of relevant data’s to concerned group e.g. electrical,
mechanical, instrumentation etc.
 Sizing of Pulsation suppression dampener and separator, electric motor, pulley, flywheel, skids etc.
 Preparation of P&ID, Datasheet, Utility consumption list, Line list, Allowable nozzle load list,
Equipment list, Valve listand Tie-in index, Bill of material etc. as per project requirement.
 Coordination and follow up with client and other functional department such as Mechanical, Civil,
Electrical & Instruments Dept during execution stage.
 Participation in 3-D model review and Hazop study of reciprocating compressor unit with client.
 Shop visit to attend day to day problem, if any. Inventory control, standardization etc.
