• Getting the ship monitoring systems on both berths up to acceptable standard
(have initiated an improvement project to sustain this as it is just not acceptable at
present).
• Have sorted out the SL toilet issue and coordinated a cross functional plan to
sustain their availability.
• Sorted out issues with messenger lines and hooks including sourcing safety
equipment and a process to get this gear onsite simply.
• Getting the ships lines trolleys sorted with C Shift and handed over to get
fabricated.
