Accountabilities
 Supervise Well Management Group, including office staff and pipe-yard personnel.
 Supervise in toolbox talks with yard crew, crane operator and truck drivers before commencement of work, in
accordance with Health Safety and Environment procedures.
 Supervise pipe yard lay out, making sure all stows are set up level; checking all stows in use have the casing/tubing
secured at the stow ends; ensuring long term storage procedures are followed and all connections checked greased
and protected.
 Liaise with the vessel loading and sailings co-ordinators to ensure work is completed to meet sailing requirement.
 Pre-plan and identify material for well requirements from Drilling and Completion program (prepared spreadsheets
with codes, descriptions and costs).
 As ExxonMobil OCTG Planner, liaise closely with Drilling and Operations Engineers North Sea, Southern North
Sea & Norway.
 Supervise material co-ordination activity, warehouse stock, items are clearly marked and in correct location,
monitor, max – min stock level.
 Action all material call-offs for Drilling & Completion equipment (SAP / IPES), i.e. liaise with vendors; raise
material requisitions etc.
 Responsible for sale of surplus material, Conductor , Casing, Drilling & Completion materials.
 Co-ordinate material movements offshore and onshore (including inspection and repair of returned goods). Cont../
