WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior experiences had bequeathed me self confidence as an administrative assistant up to now in
some public administrations(Essaouira 2nd and 3rd administrative districts ), led me to a hectic life for
around 12 years, before moving to the municipality(pachalic)recently, being a seconded auxiliary agent of
authority, running various changeable duties and multitask work namely vis a vis citizens ( led by the
ministry of interior) using customer service skills to meet their aspirations: clerk in charge of (passports,
editorial office,typewriting,associations files, health insurance files ,information and investigation
,security,registry office or public records office ,signing certificates…..etc.).
As a commercial controller in a leading company, specialized in metal industry and material selling,
working under conditions sine qua non,with a strong business acumen dealing with marketing and sales
department,servicing maintenance,selling spare parts,metal building parts and accessories,structural frames.
Targeting new competitive tendering,new offers.strking mutual bargains and contract with firms ,sealing
business deals as soon as possible etc ..... I ‘ve been given heavy duties and tasks to bring the whole work to
blossom in relation to the management.
Afterwards, working as a teacher ,mainly when sharing skills via some colleges by sourcing up-to-
date methods as regards teaching various levels, using portfolios of curricula that leads learners to
involve self assessments such as :(Giraffe method, Montessori method,Callan method, etc….)
Likewise, within hotels where I got really familiar with, working either as a bellhop or a valet in 2001,
before getting my diploma in tourism management .thus, selling high quality services to the visiting clients
opens the way to getting in touch with many services thanks to my quick learning asset to benefit the
company, acquiring general concepts in such fields which are that vast .in parallel to this comes the
opportunity to improve myself by applying all what is acquired via Training courses :( Receptionist on
probation at Riads and hotels, while preparing for my degree in hotel management studies)
During my study I had the opportunity to acknowledge so various curricula brought to us to be
learned within pigier college and that was really interesting to me, throughout the study time span while
