Inc. Dressing Plant and Ice Plant.
 Validates the cleanliness of the area,machines, tools, materials and production personnel
to ensure compliance to GMP prior to work in-process procedures.
 Acquires sample for Finish Goods microbial test, submit to QC micro laboratory.
 Perform random inspection of packaging materials before the start the production.
 Maintains established documentation during work in-process.
 Communicates and coordinates to immediate superior and concerned department head
any discrepancy found during in-process checking.
 Inspect and classify the products of its good quality and standard temperature
(marinated, fresh and frozen chicken)
 Inspect the good quality being of products.
