JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Worked in under hygiene controlled atmosphere where product produce to use.
o Supervise & monitor Production Processes according to schedule for maximum output
with minimum material and human Resources.
o Maintain strict hygiene, quality and food safety standards in accordance with ISO,
GMP and HACCP.
o Monitor and maintain the overall standard quality system & safety standards.
o Make sure the implementation of GMP and IMS standards during the production
process.
o Coordinating with Technical, Admin Health & Safety, hygiene, sanitation and
housekeeping of the production for better and effective implementation of IMS
standards.
o Understands and uses personal protective equipment, safe work practices,
environmental stewardship practices and team work.
o Conducts regular inspections, safety audits and hazard assessments of work locations,
work groups, projects and individuals at the assigned job location
o Identifies hazards and potential risks and assist operations staff with eliminating or
mitigating those hazards.
o Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production,
and finished products; recording quality results.
o Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and
measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
o Monitoring all inspection and testing equipment to ensure current and valid calibration.
