Project Manager for the fielding, training and validation of the Army Battle Command System. Interacted
with multiple vendors for the timed delivery of components. Planned, coordinated and tracked training for
250 people culminating in a week long validation exercise. Extensive coordination was required with
contractors to ensure delivery and training was completed successfully. Developed and implemented a
sustainment training plan that led to progressive multi-unit command post exercises.
Lead Planner for Yellow Ribbon events for deploying soldiers and their families. Coordinated directly
with multiple vendors for use of facility, meals and lodging for 500 families. Directly interacted with
multiple government agencies to provide informational briefings and counseling to family members as the

requirements through multiple command levels to successfully complete the Yellow Ribbon event.
