Wolete M. Rutty has over 10 years of experience working with youth and families in various roles. He is currently the Coordinator of the Youth Workforce Opportunity Initiative at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he manages grant requirements and provides case management to youth ages 14-21 with juvenile justice histories. Previously, he worked as an ABA Instructor helping individuals with autism, a Behavioral Health Counselor at a group home, and Preschool Director. Rutty holds a B.A. in Family Services and Child Studies from Montclair State University and is a certified elementary school teacher in New Jersey. His skills include program management, community outreach, and youth development.
