• Facilitate weekly TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy) meetings with clinical staff.
• Trains clinicians on implementation of PNMI treatment plans, MTPPR’s, crisis behavior assessments.
• Risking Connections trainer. This certification involved a week long training observed by Elizabeth Powell, Risking
Connections Trainer. It is widely used and is recognized as Best Practices
• Carries cell phone 24/7 in order to respond to clinical emergencies
• Coordinates and attends case conferences, focal treatment meetings and providers meetings.
• Will begin facilitating weekly DSM-5 trainings with APRN In December 2014
• Generate biopsychosocial assessments to assist in timely identification and subsequent treatment of problems
associated with anti-social behaviors.
• Trains clinical staff on improving writing skills needed to explicate the ebb and flow of adolescent interests and
problem thinking to assist in a strength based approach to treatment.
• Process of being SIFI trained through Fordham University, currently supervising two MSW interns in the school
setting.
• Train School Staff weekly on how to effectively work with youth with PSB in the schools setting i.e. following
safety planning, etc.

abuse/trauma, depressions, court involvement, and problem sexual behaviors.
• Engage youth in DBT group in the school setting
• Provided group and individual therapy to children preparing to therapeutic foster care.
• Provided family therapy to families with complex trauma history. In the course of this work regular reading and re-
training has been undertaken.
